Shipping policy

Our online store delivers internationally. You can find the list of available locations through the "Country" menu at check-out. Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@beverlydreamz.com if you have any additional questions or if you have any feedback on shipping. 

 

We may deliver your order to your personal postal address; a signature is required to retreive your parcel. You may also choose to pick-up your parcel at an Access Point if the option is available in your country.

 

Beverly Dreamz offers free standard delivery on all orders. Free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout. Please note if you want express shipping the customer will pay for that.

 

 

Worldwide general shipping times:

 

 

Standard shipping- within 2 to 10 working days

 

UPS Worldwide Express - within 1 to 3 working days

 

 

Orders are generally delivered between 1 to 10 business days from the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail is sent. Kindly note that delays may be caused by delays in payment authorizations, product availability, remote regions, limited  infrastructure or customs delays.

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number. Your parcel is fully traceable on the carrier’s website, using the tracking number received. Do not hesitate to contact our carrier or our customer service for any further questions.

 

If your order is addressed to a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to pay fees, taxes, or other charges due to local or customs laws. Beverly Dreamz takes care of the shipment but not of the possible local expenses. The buyer will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the product.
