Beverly Dreamz 14-Day Returns Policy
At Beverly Dreamz products may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed and with all the original tags, and in its packaging.
- Items that are marked as ”Sale or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns, exchange giftcard only.
Return
To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@beverlydreamz.com or follow the intruactions sent together with your item. Please keep the return tracking number for your records.
Please kindly note that we reserve the right to decline a refund in case your item was not sent in its original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
- Be aware that returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order and please be aware if your return does not arrive within the 14-day return window your refund will be declined. Returns posted after this period will not be accepted and will be refused.
- Beverly Dreamz do not take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.
Inspection and Approval
We will notify you with a confirmaiton e-mail once the refund is processed. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
Refund Process
- Please note that the refunded amount will be credited to the same account or same form of payment used for the original purchase.
- Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear is subject to your bank’s policy.
Damages and issues
If your parcel arrives damaged, we kindly invite you to contact our customer service team. Make sure to take pictures of the parcel received and keep the package for further inspection by our carrier.
Exchanges
We do not offer any exchange service for the moment. If you would like to exchange your purchase, you may return the item for a refund and place new order.
